Why a registered office is required
A Luxembourg SCS or SCSp must have its registered office in Luxembourg. The address appears in the RCS filing, in official correspondence and anchors the partnership's local presence. Domiciliation is provided by a regulated professional under a written domiciliation agreement, in line with the law of 31 May 1999 on the domiciliation of companies, and subject to its own client due diligence.
